How Booking Works

  1. Choose coverage (Set # of Hours or Half-Day / Full-Day).

  2. Select date & time.

  3. Complete the brief (run-of-show, must-have shots, brand notes, usage, pre-event consultation (if requested).

  4. Pay the retainer to confirm—your event prep guide arrives instantly.

Day-Of Approach
We arrive early, sync with your point of contact, and follow the shot plan—capturing candid connection and high-value moments with minimal disruption.

Travel outside Metro Atlanta and venue parking/permits are billed at cost.

  • 2-hour minimum — $375; $125 per additional hour

  • Full gallery delivered within 48 hours

  • Usage rights: Internal, web, and organic social included; extended licensing for paid ads available on request
